Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
