Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 do not, O my Sustainer, let me be one of those evildoing folk!" 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is best: We are well acquainted with the things they say. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 "In order that I may work righteousness in the things I neglected." - "By no means! It is but a word he says."- Before them is a Partition till the Day they are raised up. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction. 104 "Were not My Verses (this Quran) recited to you, and then you used to deny them?" 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He shall say: slink away there unto, and speak not unto Me. 108 Lo! there was a party of My slaves who said: Our Lord! We believe, therefor forgive us and have mercy on us for Thou art Best of all who show mercy; 109 But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them. 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 He will say: How long tarried ye in the earth, counting by years? 112 They will say, "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask those who have kept count." 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 Did you, then, think that We created you in mere idle play, and that you would not have to return to Us?" 115 [KNOW,] then, [that] God is sublimely exalted, the Ultimate Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth: there is no deity save Him, the Sustainer, in bountiful almightiness enthroned! 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And (O Muhammad) say: My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for Thou art Best of all who show mercy. 118
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
