The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and Man says., 'What ails her?' 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8
