The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting chargers, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
