Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
O THOU human being! 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 Most surely you are one of the apostles 3 On the Straight Path. 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 In order that you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Assuredly the word hath been justified against most of them, wherefore they shall not believe. 7 Lo! We have put on their necks carcans reaching unto the chins, so that they are made stiff-necked. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 It is the same whether you have warned them or you have not warned them, they do not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12
