Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And raised high your fame? 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
