۞ Say to them, "I exhort you to do one thing: and that is to stand up before God in pairs, or singly, and then reflect. You will thus realize that your companion is not afflicted with madness. He is only a warner, warning you of an impending severe chastisement." 46 Say, "Whatever payment I might have asked of you - it is yours. My payment is only from Allah, and He is, over all things, Witness." 47 Say thou: verily my Lord hurleth the truth: the Knower of things hidden. 48 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "The truth (the Quran and Allah's Inspiration) has come, and AlBatil [falsehood - Iblis (Satan)] can neither create anything nor resurrect (anything)." 49 Say: 'If I go astray, then I go astray only against myself; if I am guided it is because of that which my Lord has revealed to me. He is the Hearer, and the Near' 50 If you could only see when those who denied the truth are terrified, and there is no way out, and they are seized from a place nearby; 51 And they will say (in the Hereafter): "We do believe (now);" but how could they receive (Faith and the acceptance of their repentance by Allah) from a place so far off (i.e. to return to the worldly life again). 52 seeing that aforetime they had been bent on denying the truth, and had been wont to cast scorn, from far away, on something that was beyond the reach of human perception! 53 And prevention will be placed between them and what they desire, as was done with their kind before. Indeed, they were in disquieting denial. 54
