The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
WHEN THE SUN is shrouded in darkness, 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 The mountains made to move, 3 And when the camels are left untended, 4 And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together, 5 And when the seas shall become as blazing Fire or shall overflow; 6 when the souls shall be rejoined (with their bodies), 7 And when the girl-child who was buried alive is asked. 8 for what sin she was killed, 9 the records of deeds are made public, 10 And when the sky is stripped away 11 and when Hell is set ablaze, 12 And when the Garden shall be brought nigh, 13 then shall each person know what he has brought along. 14 So I swear by the retreating stars - 15 Moving swiftly and hiding themselves, 16 And by the night as it departs; 17 The rising dawn, 18 that the Quran is the word of the honorable angelic, mighty Messenger 19 The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. 20 [the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust! 21 And your companion is not insane. 22 And indeed he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) saw him [Jibrael (Gabriel)] in the clear horizon (towards the east). 23 He is not avid of the Unseen. 24 And it is not the word of an accursed Satan; 25 So where are you going? 26 This is nothing but a Reminder to the worlds, 27 For those of you who desire to walk the path that is straight, 28 but will you shall not, unless God wills, the Lord of all Being. 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
