Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
HAS NEWS OF the Overpowering Event reached you? 1 Some faces, that Day, will be humiliated (in the Hell-fire, i.e. the faces of all disbelievers, Jews and Christians, etc.). 2 be toiling and worn-out; 3 they shall enter a burning Fire 4 Made to drink water from the boiling hot spring. 5 No food for them save the bitterness of dry thorns, 6 unfattening, unappeasing hunger. 7 On that very Day some faces shall be radiant with joy, 8 well-pleased with their striving. 9 They shall be in a Garden lofty: 10 They shall hear therein no vain discourse; 11 therein a running fountain, 12 raised couches, 13 And goblets ready placed! 14 And arranged carpets. 15 and well spread carpets. 16 So do they not see the camel - how it has been created? 17 And how the heaven was raised up, 18 and on the mountains, how they are firmly set up, 19 And the earth, how it was spread out? 20 And so, [O Prophet,] exhort them; thy task is only to exhort: 21 You do not have full control over them. 22 However, those who turn away and disbelieve, 23 Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment. 24 To Us is surely their returning; 25 Then verily, for Us will be their reckoning. 26
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
