Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
