Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Who dissimulate 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
