The people of Noah gave the lie to the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger sent to you. 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
