And certainly We created man of clay that gives forth sound, of black mud fashioned in shape. 26 And the jinn We created before from scorching fire. 27 But when your Lord said to the angels: "I am verily going to create a human being from fermented clay dried tingling hard; 28 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him in prostration! 29 Therefore all the angels, each and every one of them, fell prostrate. 30 except Iblis who refused to join with the others in prostration. 31 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What happened to you that you stayed apart from those who prostrated?” 32 Said he, 'I would never bow myself before a mortal whom Thou hast created of a clay of mud moulded.' 33 He said: Then go thou forth from hence, for lo! thou art outcast. 34 “And indeed you are accursed till the Day of Judgement.” 35 Said he, 'My Lord, respite me till the day they shall be raised.' 36 "You are among the reprieved," (said the Lord), 37 till that Appointed Day." 38 He said, "My Lord, since You have let me go astray. I shall make the path of error seem alluring to them on the earth and shall mislead them all, 39 “Except those among them who are Your chosen bondmen.” 40 God said, "This is the path which leads straight to Me. 41 and you have no authority over My servants except the erring ones who follow you. 42 For whom the ordained place is surely Hell, 43 It has seven gates; for each gate is a portion assigned from them. 44

(1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
