And the Trumpet will be blown (i.e. the second blowing) and behold! From the graves they will come out quickly to their Lord. 51 They say, 'Alas for us! Who roused us out of our sleeping place? This is what the All-merciful promised, and the Envoys spoke truly.' 52 Then there will simply be one single Blast, and all will have gathered before Us. 53 So this day no soul shall be dealt with unjustly in the least; and you shall not be rewarded aught but that which you did. 54 Lo! those who merit paradise this day are happily employed, 55 they and their spouses shall be reclining on their couches in shady groves; 56 They shall have fruits therein, and they shall have whatever they desire. 57 Peace: a word from a Merciful Lord. 58 [And God will say], "Separate yourselves from the righteous this Day, you criminals. 59 ۞ “O Descendants of Adam! Did I not take a covenant from you that you shall not worship the devil? Undoubtedly, he is your open enemy.” 60 “And that you shall worship Me? This is the Straight Path.” 61 And certainly he led astray numerous people from among you. What! could you not then understand? 62 This is Gehenna, then, the same that you were promised; 63 Roast well therein this Day for you were unbelievers' 64 On that day We will set a seal upon their mouths, and their hands shall speak to Us, and their feet shall bear witness of what they earned. 65 And if We willed, We could have obliterated their eyes, and they would race to [find] the path, and how could they see? 66 Had it been Our will We would have transmuted them (into monkeys, pigs and stones) where they were, so that they could neither go forward nor yet return. 67
