Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Can you (O Muhammad SAW) find a single one of them or hear even a whisper of them? 98
