Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya Sin 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom, 2 Verily thou art of the sent ones, 3 On a straight path, 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe. 7 Behold, around their necks We have put shackles, reaching up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up; 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 And it is the same for them, whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe. 10 You should only warn those who follow the Quran and have fear of the Beneficent God without seeing Him. Give them the glad news of their receiving forgiveness and an honorable reward (from God). 11 Surely We give life to the dead, and We write down what they have sent before and their footprints, and We have recorded everything in a clear writing. 12
