The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 Who determines and directs, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
