Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
