3/4 Hizb 45

Noah called to Us; and how excellent were the Answerers! 75 We delivered him and his household from the great calamity; 76 and caused his offspring to endure [on earth]; 77 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations to come in later times: 78 Peace be with Noah among all men in the worlds. 79 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 80 For he was one of our believing Servants. 81 We drowned the rest. 82 ۞ And most surely Ibrahim followed his way. 83 When he came to his Lord, with a sound heart. (Free from falsehood). 84 when he said to his father and his folk, 'What do you serve? 85 Is it a calumny, gods apart from God, that you desire? 86 "Then what is your idea about the Lord of the worlds?" 87 Then he looked at the stars, looking up once, 88 and said, "I am sick!" 89 But they turned their backs on him and went away. 90 Then turned he to their gods and said: Will ye not eat? 91 What is the matter with you, why do you not speak?” 92 And he turned upon them smiting them with his right hand. 93 Then came the others to him hastening. 94 He said: "Worship you that which you (yourselves) carve? 95 And Allah has created you and what you make. 96 They said, “Construct a building (furnace) for him, and then cast him in the blazing fire!” 97 Their desire was to outwit him, but We made them to be the humiliated. 98 And he said: verily I am going to my Lord who will guide me. 99 Lord, grant me a righteous son." 100 So We gave him the good news of a boy, possessing forbearance. 101 And [one day,] when [the child] had become old enough to share in his [father's] endeavours, the latter said: "O my dear son! I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice thee: consider, then, what would be thy view!" [Ishmael] answered: "O my father! Do as thou art bidden: thou wilt find me, if God so wills, among those who are patient in adversity!" 102 When both surrendered (to Allah's command) and Abraham flung the son down on his forehead, 103 And We called out to him, “O Ibrahim!” 104 “You have indeed made the dream come true”; and this is how We reward the virtuous. 105 This was indeed a plain trial. 106 We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 108 "Peace be upon Abraham!" 109 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 110 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 111 And We gave him the good news of Isaac - a prophet,- one of the Righteous. 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. Among the offspring of the two some did good and some plainly wronged themselves. 113
