Establish Prayer from the declining of the sun to the darkness of the night; and hold fast to the recitation of the Qur'an at dawn, for the recitation of the Qur'an at dawn is witnessed. 78 Say your special (tahajjud) prayer during some part of the night as an additional (obligatory) prayer for you alone so that perhaps your Lord will raise you to a highly praiseworthy position. 79 And say [in thy prayer]: "O my Sustainer! Cause me to enter [upon whatever I may do] in a manner true and sincere, and cause me to leave [it] in a manner true and sincere, and grant me, out of Thy grace, sustaining strength!" 80 Say, 'Truth has come and falsehood has been banished; it is doomed to banishment.'" 81 And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss. 82 And when We bestow favor upon the disbeliever, he turns away and distances himself; and when evil touches him, he is ever despairing. 83 Say, (O Prophet): "Each one acts according to his own manner. Your Lord knows well who is best-guided to the Right Path." 84
