The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the bright forenoon, 1 And by the night when it is stillest, 2 Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased. 3 and the Hereafter will indeed be better for you than the present life; 4 And soon will your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased. 5 Has He not found thee an orphan, and given thee shelter? 6 And found thee lost on thy way, and guided thee? 7 And found you in need, so made you prosperous? 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 and do not reject the beggars 10 And as for the favor of your Lord, do announce (it). 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
