In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, may he be ruined. 1 His wealth did not avail him, nor his acquisitions. 2 Burnt soon will he be in a Fire of Blazing Flame! 3 And his wife, the portress of fire wood, 4 upon her neck a rope of palm-fibre. 5
