And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. 42 Are your unbelievers (of Makkah) any better than they? Or have you been granted any immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: “We are a strong legion, strong enough for victory?” 44 The hosts shall soon be routed and they shall be put to flight. 45 Nay, the Hour (of Judgment) is the time promised them (for their full recompense): And that Hour will be most grievous and most bitter. 46 Truly those in sin are the ones straying in mind, and mad. 47 On the day when they are dragged into the Fire upon their faces (it is said unto them): Feel the touch of hell. 48 We have created everything to fulfill a certain purpose. 49 And Our Command is but a single (Act),- like the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have indeed destroyed many a people like you. Is there anyone who would receive admonition? 51 All things they do are (recorded) in the books; 52 And everything, small and great, hath been written down. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 in a sure abode, in the presence of a King Omnipotent. 55
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
