The warnings also came to Pharaoh's people, 41 They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say, "We are an assembly supporting [each other]"? 44 Certainly the host shall be routed, and turn their backs. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. 46 Truly those in sin are the ones straying in mind, and mad. 47 There shall come a Day when they will be dragged on their faces into the Fire and will be told: “Now taste the flame of Hell.” 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 And Our Order is but one word like the flashing of an eye. 50 We have indeed destroyed many a people like you. Is there anyone who would receive admonition? 51 [They were truly guilty] because all [the evil] that they ever did had been [revealed to them as such] in the [ancient] books of [divine] wisdom; 52 And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer) (See the Quran V. 57:22). 53 [Hence, too,] behold, the God-conscious will find themselves in [a paradise of] gardens and running waters, 54 in a sure abode, in the presence of a King Omnipotent. 55
