Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I pray unto Allah only, and ascribe unto Him no partner. 20 Say thou: verily I own not for you power of hurt nor of benefit 21 Say: “None can protect me from Allah, nor can I find a refuge apart from Him. 22 But [I have for you] only notification from Allah, and His messages." And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger - then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever. 23 When they are confronted by what they have been promised, they will realize who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say, "I do not know whether what you are promised is imminent, or whether my Lord has set for it a far-off day. 25 Knower He of the Unseen, and He discloses not His Unseen to anyone, 26 "Except a messenger whom He has chosen: and then He makes a band of watchers march before him and behind him, 27 so as to make manifest that it is indeed [but] their Sustainer's messages that these [apostles] deliver: for it is He who encompasses [with His knowledge] all that they have [to say,] just as He takes count, one by one, of everything [that exists]. 28
