In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 By those (angels) who drive the clouds in a good way. 2 Then those who recite, being mindful, 3 Verily your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – and the Lord of the sun’s rising points. 5 Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars 6 and have made them secure against every rebellious, satanic force, 7 So that they are not able to listen to the angels of higher (echelons), and are pelted from all sides 8 driven away, and will suffer eternal punishment. 9 Except such as snatch away something by stealing and they are pursued by a flaming fire of piercing brightness. 10 Ask them thou: are they stronger in structure or those others whom We have created? Verily We! We have created them of a sticky clay. 11 No wonder you are surprised as they laugh with scorn. 12 and, when reminded, do not remember 13 and whenever they see some sign, they ridicule it, 14 And they say: Lo! this is mere magic; 15 “When we are dead and have turned into dust and bones, will we certainly be raised again?” 16 And our fathers too?" 17 Tell them: “Yes; and you are utterly helpless (against Allah).” 18 For it is only a single scaring, then behold, they are watching 19 And they shall say: O woe to us! this is the day of requital. 20 [They will be told], "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny." 21

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
