THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
