Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say thou: it is a tiding mighty. 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 I had no knowledge of the higher Assembly when they discussed it among themselves. 69 “I receive only the divine revelations, that I am purely a clear Herald of Warning.” 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 and when I give it proper shape and blow My spirit into it, bow down in prostration to him," 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Not so Iblis: he was haughty, and became one of those who reject Faith. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 And verily My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Requital, 78 He said: my Lord! respite me till the Day whereon they are raised up. 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 for an appointed time". 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say: "I do not ask any compensation of you for it, nor am I a specious pretender. 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
