Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
No, by the moon! 32 and by the night when it recedes, 33 And by oath of the morning, when it spreads light. 34 Lo! this is one of the greatest (portents) 35 A warning to mankind, 36 For the one among you who wishes to come forward or stay back. 37 Each one is a hostage to one's deeds, 38 Except the companions of the right, 39 in Gardens they will question 40 concerning the sinners, 41 “What drove you to Hell?” 42 They said, "We never used to offer the prayer." 43 and we did not feed the poor, 44 "And used to dwell on evil matters with those who think evilly." 45 And we used to call the day of judgment a lie; 46 until death approached us". 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 What ails them, that they turn away from the Reminder, 49 As though they were frightened asses 50 fleeing before a lion? 51 Rather each one of them desires that he should be given open Books. 52 No! They do not fear the Hereafter -- 53 Never so, as this is a reminder. 54 So whosoever will (let him read it), and receive admonition (from it)! 55 And they will not mind unless Allah please. He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive. 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
