The Originator of the heavens and the earth! How can He have a child, when there is for Him no consort, when He created all things and is Aware of all things? 101 That then is God your Lord; there is no god but He, the Creator of everything. So serve Him, for He is Guardian over everything. 102 No mortal eyes can see Him, but He can see all eyes. He is All-kind and All-aware. 103 Clear proofs have come to you from your Lord. Whosoever sees clearly it is for himself, and whosoever is blind, it is against himself. I am not an overseer for you. 104 Thus in varied ways We explain Our signs so that they may say: "You have been instructed," and that We might make it clear to those who understand. 105 (O Muhammad!) Follow the revelation which has come to you from your Lord, other than Whom there is no god, and turn away from those who associate others with Allah in His divinity. 106 Had God willed, they were not idolaters; and We have not appointed thee a watcher over them, neither art thou their guardian. 107 Do not abuse those whom they worship besides Allah lest they become disrespectful towards Allah’s Majesty, through injustice and ignorance; likewise, in the eyes of every nation, We have made their deeds appear good – then towards their Lord they have to return and He will inform them of what they used to do. 108 And they swear by Allah with the strongest of their oaths, that if a sign came to them they would most certainly believe in it. Say: Signs are only with Allah; and what should make you know that when it comes they will not believe? 109 And We shall turn aside their hearts and their eyesights, even as they believed not therein for the first time, and We shall let them wander in their exorbitance perplexed. 110
