And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
