Elucidated (Fussilat)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ha Mim. 1 A Revelation from (Allah), Most Gracious, Most Merciful;- 2 A Book whereof the verses are detailed; an Arabic Qur'an, for a people who know. 3 good tidings to bear, and warning, but most of them have turned away, and do not give ear. 4 They say, 'Our hearts are veiled from what thou callest us to, and in our ears is a heaviness, and between us and thee there is a veil; so act; we are acting!' 5 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a human being like you. It is inspired in me that your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God - Allah), therefore take Straight Path to Him (with true Faith Islamic Monotheism) and obedience to Him, and seek forgiveness of Him. And woe to Al-Mushrikun (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, idolaters, etc. - see V. 2:105). 6 (To) those who do not give poor-rate and they are unbelievers in the hereafter. 7 Indeed for those who believed and did good deeds, is a limitless reward. 8
