۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities (to mobilise troops) 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel. 59 So the Firaun’s people followed them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
