Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 When the two (angels) who keep the account, one sitting on the right, one on the left, take it down, 17 each word he utters shall be noted down by a vigilant guardian. 18 And the hardship of death came with the truth; “This is what you were escaping from!” 19 And the Trumpet shall be blown: that will be the Day whereof Warning (had been given). 20 Each person will arrive attended by an [angel] to drive him on and another to bear witness. 21 “You were indeed neglectful of this, so We have removed the veil for you, and your eyesight is sharp this day.” 22 His companion said: “Here is he who was in my charge.” 23 Do cast into hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 every hinderer of the good, transgressor, disquieter, 25 and an idol worshipper. Throw him into severe torment". 26 ۞ His satanic companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not mislead him, but he himself went astray". 27 He shall say, 'Dispute not before Me! For I sent you beforehand -- the threat. 28 No word is to be exchanged in My presence. I am not unjust to My servants". 29
