Verily for the Righteous there will be a fulfilment of (the heart's) desires; 31 luxuriant gardens and vinyards, 32 curvaceous (virgins), of equal age 33 and overflowing cups. 34 No empty talk will they hear in that [paradise,] nor any lie. 35 for a recompense from thy Lord, a gift, a reckoning, 36 Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that between them is, the All-merciful of whom they have no power to speak. 37 The day the Spirit takes its stand, with the angels ranged in rows. None will speak except who is permitted by Ar-Rahman and says what is right. 38 That day is certain. So whosoever likes may prepare a way to his Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas if only I were dust!” 40
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The News (Al-Naba'). Sent down in Mecca after The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej) before The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
