Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 We have spread out the earth, and set upon it firm mountains and caused everything to grow in due proportion. 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 We send fertilizing winds, and then cause rain to descend from the sky, providing you abundant water to drink even though you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
