SAY [O Muhammad]: "I am only a warner; and there is no deity whatever save God, the One, who holds absolute sway over all that exists, 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say: “This is a tiding of tremendous import 67 “You are neglectful of it!” 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 This alone is revealed to me, that I am only a clear warner.' 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 'My curse shall rest on you until the Day of Recompense' 78 He said: my Lord! respite me till the Day whereon they are raised up. 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 He said: "By Your authority, I will lead them astray, 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 God said, "This is the truth, I speak only the truth, 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 It is nothing but a reminder to the nations; 87 and you shall surely know its tiding after a while.' 88
