O CHILDREN of Israel! Remember those blessings of Mine with which I graced you, and fulfil your promise unto Me, [whereupon] I shall fulfil My promise unto you; and of Me, of Me stand in awe! 40 And believe in that I have sent down, confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And sell not My signs for a little price; and fear you Me. 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood and do not deliberately hide the truth 42 And keep the (obligatory) prayer established, and pay the charity, and bow your heads with those who bow (in prayer). 43 ۞ How is it that you enjoin others to follow the Right Way, but forget it yourselves, though you read the Scriptures? Have you no sense at all? 44 Seek help with the Salat and fortitude: no doubt, Salat is a hard task but not for those obedient servants, 45 Who know that they have to meet their Lord, and that it is to Him they are to return. 46
