Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 And most surely We are well able to make you see what We threaten them with. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We know that which they describe. 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 and I seek refuge with Thee, O my Sustainer, lest they come near unto me!" 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 That I may work righteously in that which I have left. By no means! It is but a word he uttereth; and before them is a barrier until the Day when they shall be raised. 100 And then no sooner the Trumpet is blown than there will remain no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask one another. 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 Their faces will be scorched by flames, and they will grin and scowl within it. 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” 106 Lord, deliver us from Hell. Then, if we revert again, we shall definitely be wrongdoers." 107 He will say: "Remain condemned in it, and do not speak to Me. 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 But you took them for a laughingstock, so much so that they made you forget My Remembrance while you used to laugh at them! 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: we tarried a day or part of a day; ask those who keep count. 113 [Whereupon] He will say: "You have spent there but a short while: had you but known [how short it was to be]! 114 Deemed ye then that We had created you for naught, and that ye would not be returned unto Us? 115 Then, exalted be God, the true King, there is no deity except Him, the Lord of the Glorious Throne. 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
