Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
No! I swear by that you see 38 And what you do not see 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
