[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 high above? 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
