The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]: 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
