When We replace a message with another -- and God knows best what He reveals -- they say: "You have made it up;" yet most of them do not know. 101 Say, "The Holy Spirit has brought it down as truth from your Lord, so that He may strengthen those who believe, and also as guidance and as good tidings for those who submit." 102 Indeed, We know what they say, "It is only a human being who imparts [all] this to him!" But the tongue of him to whom they point is foreign, whereas this is plain Arabic speech. 103 Those that believe not in the signs of God, God will not guide; there awaits them a painful chastisement. 104 It is but they who will not believe in God's messages that invent this falsehood; and it is they, they who are lying! 105 He who disbelieves in Allah after his having believed, not he who is compelled while his heart is at rest on account of faith, but he who opens (his) breast to disbelief-- on these is the wrath of Allah, and they shall have a grievous chastisement. 106 This is because the worldly life was dearer to them than the Hereafter; and because Allah does not guide such disbelieving people. 107 Such are they whose hearts and ears and eyes Allah hath sealed. And such are the heedless. 108 and in the life to come, they will surely be the losers. 109 ۞ Then indeed your Lord – for those who migrated after they had been oppressed, and then fought and remained patient – indeed your Lord is then, surely, Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. 110
