Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 who show off, 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
