Man says, 'What, when I am dead shall I then be brought forth alive?' 66 Remembereth not man that We created him afore when he was not aught? 67 By your Lord, We shall gather them and the devils together, then bring them crawling on their knees around Hell. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 And certainly We know best those who are most worthy of being burned therein. 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 And when Our manifest revelations are rehearsed unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: which of the two portions is better in station and goodlier in company? 73 How many generations that had far more wealth and ostentation have We laid low before them! 74 (Muhammad), tell them, "The Beneficent God gives respite to those who have gone astray only until they face the torment with which they were threatened or to the Day of Judgment. Then they will find out who will have the most miserable place and the weakest forces. 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who go aright; and ever-abiding good works are with your Lord best in recompense and best in yielding fruit. 76 Note the words of the disbeliever, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 Never; We shall now record what he says and give him a prolonged punishment. 79 and We shall inherit from him what he says, and he shall come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken gods, other than Allah, that they might be a power from them. 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
