For those who fear God there are pleasure gardens with their Lord. 34 Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals? 35 What is the matter with you? How ill do you judge! 36 Or have you a book wherein you read, 37 Surely therein you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask them: “Which of them can guarantee that? 40 Have they associate gods? Then let them produce their associate gods if they say sooth! 41 The Day that the shin shall be laid bare, and they shall be summoned to bow in adoration, but they shall not be able,- 42 Lowered will be their eyes, disgrace overwhelming them. They had indeed been called to bow in homage when they were free of blame. 43 Hence, leave Me alone with such as give the lie to this tiding. We shall bring them low, step by step, without their perceiving how it has come about: 44 for, behold, though I may give them rein for a while, My subtle scheme is exceedingly firm! 45 Do you ask for any compensation from them that they are burdened with want? 46 Or do they have any knowledge of the Unseen which they are now writing down? 47 So be patient with the judgement of your Lord and do not be like the Companion of the Whale (Jonah), when he called out choking inwardly. 48 Had his Lord's grace not been bestowed upon him, he would have been cast away in disgrace upon that desolate shore. 49 Thus did his Lord choose him and make him of the Company of the Righteous. 50 Hence, [be patient,] even though they who are bent on denying the truth would all but kill thee with their eyes whenever they hear this reminder, and [though] they say: "[As for Muhammad,] behold, most surely he is a madman!" 51 But it is nothing other than a Reminder for all the worlds. 52
