Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
