In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
