Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the bright forenoon, 1 and by the night when it covers, 2 Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor has He become displeased, 3 The Last shall be better for you than the First. 4 And soon will your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? 6 Did He not find you unaware of the Right Way, and then directed you to it? 7 And He found thee in need, and made thee independent. 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 And as for him who asks, do not chide (him), 10 Therefor of the bounty of thy Lord be thy discourse. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
