Al-A'alaa

The All High (Al-A'alaa)

19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 Who determines and directs, 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
